We are very excited to announce that as of September 2024, we are now running our very own Aquacise classes! These are a fantastic way to work out and have fun in a friendly and welcoming environment. Sessions are 45 minutes long and run on a weekly basis, during term time only.
These sessions are for adults only, age 18 years upwards, and are currently running on Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings.
Please note, participants will be required to complete the aquacise physical readiness questionnaire prior to their first Aquacise session.
